How long will my Sparkle White Teeth Whitening Kit last?

Each kit contains enough gel to whiten at least 10 treatments. You want to be sure to use just a small amount of gel per tooth and not get any on your gums.

How often should I whiten my teeth?

For best results use once per week until you reach your natural white shade. Once you reach your ideal shade, whiten just once per month for maintenance.

Should I brush my teeth prior to whitening my teeth?

Yes, but we recommend using a soft tooth brush and flossing gently as well.

Does the product Whiten Caps, Crowns, Bonding & Veneers?

Our products are safe for fillings, crowns, false teeth and other dental work. In addition it will whiten most dental work along with the teeth. However, the dental work will not get any whiter than it started. If it was matched to yellowed teeth then your teeth may lighten more than the dental work. It will definitely make it shiny and bright again. Please be sure and ask your dental professional any questions or concerns prior to using our products. 

Sparkle White Teeth Whitening Kit Instructions

Brush & Floss before whitening your teeth

Prior to first use: Remove the clear plastic insert from the battery compartment of the LED Light, replace batteries as they were. Turn on the light to test it.

After you have molded trays; Place a small drop of gel on the molded trays in several of the teeth impressions (use less gel than you think you need, you do not want it oozing onto your gums). Repeat this on the bottom tray also.

Insert trays into mouth, carefully remove any excess gel from your gums with a Vitamin E swab (3 are included in the peroxide kits to start you off, peroxide free kits do not include vitamin e swabs but you can use a regular q tip to swab the excess of gums). 

Place the LED Light in front of your trays, this will activate the gel and whiten your teeth faster. Keep the trays and light in for no more than 30 minutes. If you feel uncomfortable or that it is on your gums remove and rinse right away. 

After 30 minutes remove the trays and rinse your mouth. Rinse trays in luke warm water and store in a clean, dry place. 

Use as needed. Do not exceed more than one treatment per week. 

For best results use with our Coconut Activated Charcoal Toothpaste and magic whitening tool (sold separately) and follow up with our Stay White Teeth Whitening Pen (sold separately). 

Is your teeth whitening safe?

Yes! Our products work by removing stains from the teeth. It will not damage enamel. Be careful not to get the gel on your gums.

What is the difference between the peroxide & the peroxide-free Teeth whitening kit?

The peroxide-free teeth whitening kit is great for people with sensitive mouths.

Can I use with Braces?

We recommend waiting until they are off for the best results. You can use our Coconut Activated Charcoal Whitener polish or toothpaste while you are still using braces. 

Why won’t my light turn on?

Light Troubleshooting

  1. Remove the backing, remove the batteries, locate the clear plastic disc.
  2. Remove the plastic disc and discard
  3. Replace batteries + side up and screw backing into place

 Please carefully remove the backing and pull out the plastic circle that is between the batteries. Once that is removed put the batteries and back cover back on as they were and try the light again. If the light still does not turn on please check that the batteries are installed correctly, or replace with new batteries. If that does not do the trick please email us at wwscare@gmail.com

How Do I Mold My Trays:

Instructions: Bring 4 inches of water to a boil, remove from heat and cool for 6 minutes. Submerge one of the mouth trays into the hot water for 10 seconds or until the tray appears soft. Important: for best results do not overheat mouth trays. Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your upper teeth. Close your mouth, suck all the air and excess water from the tray, creating suction between the tray and your teeth. Gently push the tray against the front of your teeth by pressing against your upper lip. Wait 15 seconds before removing the tray from your mouth. Repeat steps above for lower mouth tray. After molding both trays, use scissors to cut any excess material from the gum line. This will help to avoid any possible gum irritation. Use scissors to cut the finger tabs from both trays.

 

I melted my trays, how do I get a new set?

First please try again. Most of the time your trays can be remolded.

Use coupon Trays at checkout. this coupon is valid for 1 set of trays. Be sure to shape one tray at a time, in water that has boiled and slightly cooled, for best results. Please note shipping charges apply to the order.

Why are my gums white after a treatment?

Blanching of the gums can occur if gel gets on them during treatment. It is temporary and not harmful. The color will return in a few hours. Please use less gel next time and make sure it doesn’t get on your gums. The gel is not intended for your gums, please remove any excess gel immediately.

Why do I have white spots on my teeth?

If your teeth have calcium deposits on them you will notice those whiten first. It is not harmful and it is not permanent. Please continue with your teeth whitening treatment and it will all even out beautifully. You may use the treatment again to even them out quickly. Avoid whitening too often to avoid sensitivity. If you have dental concerns please check with your dentist prior to use of our products.

My pen/gel is leaking, is it safe to use?

Gel may expand in transit. If there is a little liquid on the brush or in the cap of your pen or if your gel syringe has seeped a few drops it is still sterile and safe to use. It is normal for this to occur during transit due to changes in temperature and pressure. Your sealed mailing envelope is your assurance that the product is sealed.

Do you Ship to my country?

We ship to select countries worldwide. Please select International shipping at checkout. Our prices are in USD and do not include any customs charges or fees. There are no expedited shipping options for international orders.  Please be sure to select the proper shipping selection when making your order to avoid shipping delays or cancellations. If you do not select the correct shipping we will send over an invoice and hold your order for complete payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order. USPS is our preferred method of shipping at this time, there is no tracking available after 90 days; If you have any questions regarding delivery after 90 days you will need to go to your local postal service. What is the maximum number of kits I can purchase?

Orders may include up to 5 kits if shipping within the United States, Up to 3 kits will ship internationally.

Orders will be automatically canceled or held for review.

My order was declined, why was I charged?

Your bank holds the funds for the charge and will release the funds to you as soon as the transaction settles. In the U.S. that usually takes 3 days, outside the U.S. it can take up to 10 days. It depends on your bank’s policies.

Do you accept Gift Cards (Visa/Mastercard or other)?

No at this time our merchant provider does not allow payment via Visa/Mastercard or other electronic gift card methods. You can however, pay via paypal or regular credit card that will provide a CVV.

Why was I overcharged?

All of our pricing is in U.S. Dollars. International orders go through a currency exchange to covert the funds on your end to U.S. dollars. You will see the charge on your statement in your currency.

The shopping cart lists that all prices are in U.S. dollars and we note it again on the emailed receipt for your convenience.

I am outside the U.S how much will I be charged?

All of our pricing is in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will convert the funds to dollars during the transaction. For current rates you may check with your bank or get an estimate from the internet.

We also suggest before completing your purchase that you make sure you have chosen a shipping option that matches your shipping country to avoid delays in shipment, please note our pricing is in USD and does not include any customs charges you may receive from your Country any customs charges are the buyers responsibility.  

Your postal service or country of import may charge customs fees. Any customs/border/postal excess is the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees are not a permissible reason for a return. Any packages refused due to customs or postage or any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

How do I track my package?

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. We ship exclusively via USPS and provide tracking numbers for all orders. We send an email when your order is shipped from WWS and SSBP. Please check your spam folder for that email. Alternately you may login to your account and locate your tracking number for your order then enter it at www.usps.com. USPS requires 72 hours to activate tracking links and they do not scan the package at every stop. Please sign up for email or text alerts at www.usps.com and collect all packages right away. International orders do not provide a guaranteed shipping timeline and average 2-4 weeks, we are unable to provide further details on shipments once they reach your country, be sure to contact your post office for locating a package. After 90 days we are unable to track your package, you will need to go direct to the post office. We cannot guarantee delivery to international addresses.

When will my package arrive?

Orders shipping within the U.S. arrive about 7 business days after shipping. Outside the U.S. please allow 2-4 weeks. Please sign up for email or text alerts at USPS and collect all packages right away.  The post office will best guide you when your tracking is not updated. We cannot provide shipping updates past 90 days, after 90 days you will need to contact the USPS directly.

DUE TO THE RECENT COVID PANDEMIC NEWS MANY SHIPMENTS ARE DELAYED. THE POSTAL SERVICE IS SHOWING AN AVERAGE 1-2 WEEK DELAY FOR USA SHIPMENTS AND UP TO 3 MONTH DELAY ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. YOUR COUNTRY MAY HOLD YOUR PACKAGE FOR EXTRA TIME. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR SHIPPED ITEMS THAT ARE HELD UP BY POSTAL DELAYS. THESE DELAYS ARE IN ADDITION TO REGULAR SHIPPING TIMES. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

​The United Kingdom and other International Shipping areas will incur a customs charge upon delivery. This fee or charge is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  

My Package was scanned delivered, why didn’t I receive it?

Your package was carefully shipped via USPS.com and tracking details emailed to you. All packages are delivered with your regular postal mail delivery. Your package arrives in a beige colored bubble envelope. Please confirm that the complete, correct address was provided in your order. Double check with family members or neighbors to make sure someone didn’t get your mail for you and forget to mention it. Nearly every package is recovered in this instance. You should immediately speak to the postal carrier who scanned your package delivered. Please note White With Style is not responsible for any package once it is scanned delivered and will not be able to offer further assistance in locating your delivered package. White With Style is not responsible for missing packages, once the post office scans delivered you will need to contact them. 

For any scanned delivered package that you cannot locate you should contact your local postal carrier and local post office to find more information on filing a lost package claim. Please visit usps.com for further information. Our items generally ship via USPS.

Why am I missing an item?

We are so sorry, we work hard to make each order perfect. Please email us at wwscare@gmail.com with your order number and what missing and we will correct the error.


How can I change or cancel my order and get a refund?

Please email wwscare@gmail.com to change or cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number, the correction necessary, or the reason for cancellation. Please do not send multiple emails. No refunds are available once an order has shipped. 

Please note we do not offer returns on our items for health and safety reasons. If an item is shipped and you have provided an incomplete or wrong address there will be a reship fee. 

If an order is cancelled for any reason there will be a 20% restocking fee, any refund will be reduced by this restocking fee and any shipping paid. Shipping is non refundable on any order.

How can I change my address?

If your order has not shipped yet we are happy to adjust the address. You may login to your account and change your shipping address. Alternately you may email wwscare@gmail.com with your order number and the complete correct address. Addresses cannot be changed on an order that has already shipped.

Why didn’t I receive an invoice via email?

It is likely that there was a typo in your email address when you placed your order. Please email wwscare@gmail.com with the full name used in the order or your order number and your correct email address and we will correct the email address and send you a new invoice. Alternately please check your spam folder.  We are not able to resend a confirmation email at this time. 

How do I make a return?

We accept returns only on new, unused, unopened items, purchased directly from our website, that have been received in the last 14 days with a 20% restocking fee. To request a return please email wwscare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Sale items or special offers are not eligible fore return or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable
